Sensitive personal information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, complete transactions, secure accounts, prevent fraud, or comply with law. Please do not send us medical information, government identification numbers, account passwords, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a lawful and necessary purpose.
3. How We Use Personal Information
- Provide the Services, create and manage accounts, process orders and payments, arrange shipping, and communicate about transactions.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep carts and sessions functioning, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising.
Some technologies are necessary for the Services to function. Others, such as analytics or advertising technologies, may be optional depending on your location and applicable law. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential technologies. You may adjust available choices through our cookie or privacy settings and through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect site functionality.
We may use third-party advertising services to measure campaigns or show ads that may be more relevant to you. Depending on the technology and applicable law, disclosing identifiers or activity data for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered "selling," "sharing," or processing for "targeted advertising," even if no money changes hands. You may opt out as described in Section 9.
We respond to legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, where required. The signal should be enabled for each browser or device you use. We do not currently respond to other browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no uniform industry standard for them.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose the categories of personal information described in Section 2 to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:
- E-commerce, website-hosting, cloud-storage, customer-support, communications, analytics, security, fraud-prevention, marketing, and information-technology providers.
- Payment processors, banks, card networks, and transaction-service providers. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy notices.
- Warehouses, manufacturers, fulfillment partners, delivery carriers, and other parties needed to complete and support an order.
- Professional advisers, including lawyers, auditors, accountants, insurers, and consultants.
- Government authorities, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other parties when required or permitted by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Parties to an actual or proposed corporate transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own purposes except as described in this Policy, at your direction, with your consent, or as otherwise permitted by law.
6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. However, as explained above, certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be treated as a "sale," "share," or use for targeted advertising under some state privacy laws. The categories potentially involved are identifiers, internet or device activity, commercial information, and inferences. The recipients may include advertising, analytics, and social media partners.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. To submit an opt-out request, use the "Your Privacy Choices" or equivalent link on our website, enable a recognized opt-out preference signal, or contact us using Section 14.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for compatible business or legal purposes. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, applicable tax, accounting, consumer-protection and product-safety requirements, dispute-resolution needs, contractual obligations, fraud-prevention needs, and legal limitation periods. When information is no longer required, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to lawful backup and archival practices.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
We will verify requests in a manner proportionate to the sensitivity of the information and the risk of harm from unauthorized access or deletion. We may ask you to confirm control of an email address, provide information associated with an order or account, or submit a signed declaration where permitted. We will use verification information only to process the request. If we cannot verify a request or an exception applies, we will explain our decision to the extent permitted by law.

10. California Privacy Notice
This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for California residents and applies to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), applies to us and the relevant information.
California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients; request correction or deletion; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment. The categories collected, sources, purposes, disclosures, and retention approach are described in Sections 2 through 7.
For CCPA purposes, we may have collected and disclosed for business purposes in the preceding 12 months the categories listed in Section 2. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA, unless we provide the required notice and choice. We do not offer financial incentives or price or service differences in exchange for personal information unless the material terms are provided to you in a separate notice before you opt in.
California’s "Shine the Light" law may allow California customers to request certain information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. You may submit such a request using Section 14.
11. Delaware and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of Delaware and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have rights described in Section 9. For Delaware residents, this includes the right, subject to applicable law, to confirm and access processing, correct inaccuracies, delete certain personal data, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling, and appeal a denial. We provide the request and appeal methods described in Section 9.
